What is your position within the company and what would you say a normal day at work consists of?

Daily I work hard to deliver our company’s goals and I’m passionate on making sure we deliver our customer promises. I’m passionate about our customer service reputation and believe we have the balance right.

How did you get started in this area of work? 

Although I’ve been in the industry for 15 yrs I’ve always wanted to work for myself and truly deliver a great experience for my customers. The reward I get is the satisfaction from creating something really special. After years of dreaming I’ve now met the right business partners and it is really happening, so watch us grow and become part of our journey.

What aspects of your job do you enjoy the most?

Dealing with my customers makes me happy, helping them achieve their dreams gives me a buzz. I like making a difference to their lives and will do anything to make my customers happy. After all they are key to our success, so I’m grateful to them and encourage feedback so I can continually improve what I do. 

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Spending time with my family and friends, makes me happy. I like holidaying finding new adventures to explore. I help raise money for charity,  and I’m very much part of the community.

Mohammed Faisal Haroon | Solicitor

I am a qualified Solicitor with 11 years PQE and over 16 years’ experience in the areas of Litigation, Tort Law, Dispute Resolution and Contract Law. In addition, Mohammed has extensive experience in Management, Business Development and Training.  As a member of the Senior Management in his role, he has had direct responsibility for staff and the day-to-day running of the company.  Mohammed has forged a successful career in the legal industry and navigated many successful cases through the legal court system. Currently studying for my Financial service CeMap qualification to help me in my new venture.
